Where is Grand Rapids Popcorn?

Our retail and wholesale store is located off 131 North of Grand Rapids at 4675 West River Drive NE, Comstock Park, MI 49321, just 1/4 mile NE of 5/3 Ball Park.

How long will my popcorn stay fresh?

Popcorn has an approximate 6-8 week shelf life as long as it is kept from high heat or humidity.

Do your items carry nutritional information?

No, but popcorn alone is high in dietary fiber and low in calories. When you add all the wonderful coatings like caramel, cheese, drizzled chocolate, etc., it becomes a decadent treat.

We also have a sugar-free caramel corn which is delicious.

What if I have an allergy to peanuts?

We cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from contamination by nuts or nut oils, since some of our products do contain nuts.

Do you rent out equipment?

We rent Popcorn, Sno-kone, Hot Dog, and Cotton Candy Machines. Please call our office at 1-800-968-4027 to reserve, and to inquire about rates.

Can you service my equipment?

Yes. We have a service department which can clean or repair all equipment we sell. There is bench fee of $28.00 if estimated work is not done. A discounted rate is given to existing customers who currently purchase supplies from Grand Rapids Popcorn.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

If you receive an item you are not satisfied with, we will be happy to offer a replacement or exchange. All equipment purchases have a no return policy. However, most equipment purchases come with a two year warranty on parts and 6 months on labor.

Do you do fund raisers?

Yes, your organization can purchase microwave popcorn, our 1 lb. Caramel corn, or our 3 3/4 oz. Caramel corn to sell and raise money. Give us a two week lead time on orders placed at our
1-800-968-4027.

Can I place an order for outside of the United States?

We currently ship only within the continental United States. We cannot guarantee the freshness of our popcorn if shipped longer distances.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you call us at 1-800-968-4027 prior to the ship date.

What time must I place my order by to have it shipped the same day?

Our cut-off time for UPS is 3:00 p.m.

Can I specify my date of shipment?

Yes, just specify on your order when you would like your selections to arrive, and we will ship accordingly.

Can I replace items currently shown in your gift selection?

We can customize your basket by calling our office, at
1-800-468-4027, or by visiting our showroom to have us make
on-site your own personalized gift from our variety of popcorns, baskets and gifts. You can even bring in items to add to your gift basket.
