How long does your popcorn stay fresh?

If kept out of the sun in a cool, dry place, popcorn will stay fresh for 4 – 6 weeks.

Do your products contain nuts?

    Our popcorn is popped in coconut or sunflower seed oil and most flavors have no nuts unless we call it out in its name. Caramel Corn with Cashews and Caramel Corn with Peanuts are the only two flavors with nuts in them. That being said, we do pop our products in the same facility that creates these two flavors.

    Is your popcorn gluten free?

    Almost all our popcorn flavors are gluten-free. Instead of giving you that long list, here’s the short list of the two that are not GF. Our S’mores Popcorn and Birthday Cake Popcorn contain gluten. It’s also important to remember that all our popcorn is popped in the same facility. We clean the machines between each use but cannot guarantee zero cross contamination.

    Do you have hulless popcorn?

    Great question! Interesting fact, a 100% hulless popcorn does not exist. The hull or pericarp in popcorn holds the kernel together and keeps in all the moisture. When heated, it's what makes the "pop" possible. That being said, our Fireworks Baby White Rice kernels have very delicate, small hulls that pop up with few hard, shell like pieces.     Shipping Questions

    Can you ship to a PO Box?

    Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO Box at this time.

    Do you ship internationally? How about to Alaska and Hawaii?

    Currently, we only ship to continental US. If you’re interested in shipping to a military base abroad, please contact us at orders@grpopcorn.com.

    What are your shipping rates?

    We have two flat rates for shipping in the US for most orders.

    1. Express Shipping: 1 – 4 business days and costs $10.00

    2. Standard Shipping: 5 – 9 business days for $7.95

    Note: For bulk orders, additional charges may apply.

    Can you ship to multiple addresses?

    Yes, if you’re interested in sending a bunch of gifts to multiple addresses, you can use our Gift Order Form. Just fill it out and send it to corporateorders@grpopcorn.com.


    Can I pick my order up in the store?

    Yes! You can place your order online or over the phone and specify a pick-up date. Just be sure it’s at least 2 days out from the day you want to come in.


    When should I place my order to receive my popcorn by December 25?

    Standard Shipping
    Order by Tuesday, December 13th at 10am EST and select "Standard Shipping." ($7.95 for most orders)

    Express Shipping
    Order by Monday, December 19th at 10am EST and select "Express Shipping." ($10.00)
    In Store Pick Up
    Need more time and live nearby? Select "In Store Pick Up." We'll have your order ready to go in 48 hours. Order by end of day Thursday, December 22nd for pickup on Christmas Eve.
